Support Our Museum

There are numerous ways to support our Museum! These include purchasing a membership, making a donation, attending our events or volunteering.

Membership
All sales of memberships go directly to the Museum to help with maintenance and repairs. When purchasing a membership you receive a season pass to the Museum, a newsletter in the spring, a tax receipt, and the great feeling of knowing you have helped to preserve and display over 7000 artifacts and our local history. Becoming a member of the St. Joseph Island Museum automatically enters you for a chance to win prizes! Prize details will be announced in The Island Clippings and on our social media platforms. You can purchase a membership by simply filling out the membership form and mailing or dropping off at the museum. A membership is $35 for your family or $25 for an individual.

Log of Recognition
We have a white pine log installed in the barn with plaques of recognition. Donations to this project provide additional support for the services provided by the Museum. All donations are tax deductible and receipts will be issued.

Volunteering
Your contributions to the museum are greatly appreciated. We are always looking for new "friends of the museum". Contact us today if you have a few hours to spare. We can certainly find an area of the museum or event that will interest you.
