The St. Joseph Island Museum is located at the intersection of 20th Side Road and I Line on St. Joseph Island, Ontario, Canada.

St. Joseph Island is accessible via Highway 548, 50km east of Sault Ste. Marie off Highway 17.

After crossing the bridge and reaching the first stop sign, proceed straight onto 20th side road to I Line. The Museum will be on your right.
